Site Manager

Site Manager – Brix Projects Brix Projects is currently hiring an experienced Site Manager for a leading luxury builder developer based on the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing high‑rise residential projects with Multi‑Class 2 experience and delivering from start to completion. This will be a permanent full‑time position with opportunities to work across large scale projects on the Gold Coast.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the construction site, focusing on maintaining project schedules, budgets, and the highest quality standards.

Carry out regular and meticulous site inspections to quickly address any issues.

Coordinate a network of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and main contractors.

Prepare site reports and manage site cost control.

Oversee all site safety in accordance with OH&S guidelines.

Qualifications

Experience supervising projects valued at a minimum $50 Mil+ from start to finish.

At least 5+ years of site management experience.

Proficient in interpreting project plans, specifications, and drawings.

Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and manage project teams.
