About the Company We’re a rapidly growing global professional services firm helping U.S.-based companies manage accounting, controllership, and financial advisory functions with precision and care. Our India operations have scaled quickly over the past few years — driven by our focus on excellence, innovation, and developing great people. We’ve built a culture that values collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning. It’s a place where smart, ambitious professionals can grow fast, make an impact, and maintain balance. We back our people with strong compensation, clear career paths, and the flexibility needed to do their best work — and enjoy the journey. Exbo Group was founded by a team of investment bankers, consultants, and accountants who came out of a $400M New York–based venture capital fund. Many of the fund’s portfolio companies had visionary CEOs and operators but lacked the financial infrastructure to scale — and needed a partner who could take that off their plate. What started with helping one company successfully raise a $10M Series A quickly grew into a business that funds and founders across the U.S. turned to for expert support. Today, Exbo Group partners with growth-stage companies and middle-market financial sponsors nationwide, providing high-touch accounting, finance advisory, tax, and transaction services that help businesses grow smarter and stronger.

Work Model This is a full-time position that starts immediately. We maintain a hybrid and flexible work model that balances remote work with in-person collaboration from our Kolkata office.
