Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Performance Marketer

who can strategise, execute, and optimise digital campaigns that drive measurable growth in leads, bookings, and brand visibility for our boutique hospitality properties. You’ll work closely with the design, revenue, and operations teams to convert data into action and storytelling into conversions.

Key responsibilities: Plan and manage paid campaigns across

Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube. Optimise campaigns for

ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions. Set up and monitor

UTM parameters

and

GA4 tracking

for performance measurement. Collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals. Run

A/B tests

to identify high-performing creatives and audiences. Build and manage remarketing funnels to re-engage potential customers. Analyse data, generate insights, and prepare

weekly/monthly performance reports. Explore and implement new digital growth opportunities and tools.

Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience

managing paid media campaigns. Strong command over

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager. Experience in the

hospitality, travel, or D2C sector

preferred. Analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision-making. Creative thinker with an eye for design and audience behaviour. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
