Focus : Girls First Barrier Project — recognised by Nobel Laureate Claudia Goldin

According to Claudia Goldin’s “quiet revolution”, girls are slowly moving upwards in the world — from clerical roles to managerial roles. But even today, there is still fear around business, finance, economics and leadership. Modern Mint — a board game that has been played at MIT and Harvard — helps reduce this fear through experience. It lets girls feel business, take decisions, negotiate, and see consequences safely. Our First Barrier Campaign aims to play and analyse Modern Mint with 10,000 girls across the world.
