Job Title: UK Accounting Associate

Timings: UK Shift (1 pm IST to 10 pm IST)

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented UK Accounting Associate or Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UK accounting practices and a passion for providing top-notch financial services.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP and IFRS. - Conduct audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. - Assist in the preparation of tax returns and provide tax advisory services. - Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data. - Support month-end and year-end closing processes. - Liaise with clients to address and resolve accounting and financial issues. - Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred. - 1-4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably within the UK. - Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations. - Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
