Technical Sales Distribution Specialist

What You’ll Do:

Deliver monthly training sessions to distributors, installers, and EPCs on product solutions, installation, and commissioning Identify and escalate product-related sales challenges, ensuring timely resolution and communication Visit key partners to gather insights on market needs and portfolio requests Analyze local market trends, competitor portfolios, and regulatory changes Monitor grid standards, renewable energy laws, and compatibility opportunities Collaborate with the local sales team to validate forecasts and portfolio accuracy

What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience in the renewable energy industry Strong communication and commercial skills Fluent in

Italian Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
