Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Accounts & Finance professional

with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a

D2C e-commerce environment . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, preparing and analyzing MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy for financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: ●

Handle end-to-end accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries. ●

Manage GST filings, TDS, income tax compliance, and coordinate with auditors and consultants. ●

Prepare, maintain, and analyze

Management Information System (MIS)

reports to support strategic decisions. ●

Track and report P&L, cash flow, inventory, and other key financial metrics on a regular basis. ●

Collaborate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams for budgeting and forecasting. ●

Work on cost optimization strategies and identify areas for financial efficiency. ●

Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. ●

Provide actionable insights from financial and operational data for business growth.

Requirements: ●

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus). ●

3-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, specifically with a D2C e-commerce brand

in the fashion/lifestyle sector. ●

Strong knowledge of

MIS preparation, financial analysis, and data reporting. ●

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ●

Excellent understanding of e-commerce metrics, payment gateways, inventory accounting, and online reconciliations. ●

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. ●

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
