Your new role

Lead and manage site operations for a high‑rise project

Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery

Oversee safety, compliance, and quality assurance across all stages

Drive construction schedules and resolve on‑site challenges proactively

Liaise with project directors, engineers, and architects to achieve design intent.

Mentor and develop site teams to maintain high standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven track record delivering complex projects over 35 storeys

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies

Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and large multidisciplinary teams
