Registered Nurse - 12 Hour AM Shift The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN must be knowledgeable about principles, theories, and current methods and techniques of nursing practice. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN collaborates with patients and their families, professional peers, and other healthcare team members to individualize patient care. The RN will also direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to established standards of nursing practice, as well as administrative and departmental policies and procedures. Assess and evaluate patient care needs. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans. Direct nursing support staff in patient care provision. Implement nursing interventions and evaluate their effectiveness. Maintain knowledge of current nursing practices and methods. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). ~PA Registered Nurse License (required). ~ This position is for a 12-hour AM shift. At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
