Candidate Opportunity Highlights – Compensation & Support

Revenue split: 75/25 (confirmation pending final contract).

Relocation/Housing: May be considered for the right candidate, especially in rural Drayton Valley.

Incentives: No formal bonus structure, but incentives may be negotiated.

Work Flexibility

Providers may also work in other facilities or on telehealth platforms outside of their Telford clinic hours.

Schedules are negotiable at all sites.

St. Albert: Candidates should bring strong communication skills, a polished professional presence, and team-oriented collaboration for this higher‑end patient base.

Leduc & Drayton Valley: No additional community expectations beyond high‑quality patient care.

Staffing & Patients

Physicians already on staff at Alberta sites, enabling NPs to be hired before additional physicians.

Patient demand is high: full waiting lists already in place; new providers will have as many patients as they wish to see.
