Job Overview and responsibilities As a member of the

Finance Transformation Office , you will play a key role in the transformation program supporting program governance, strategic alignment, performance tracking and reporting as well as change management and communication. In addition, you will contribute to specific initiatives.

Governance

Coordinate multiple project streams and track progress across initiatives.

Assist planning, preparation and execution of governance meetings and other activities.

Strategic Alignment

Assist the Transformation Manager and the VP to prepare the Finance Portfolio Operations Committee and other alignment activities.

Performance Tracking

Help to create budgets, analysis for resource allocation or portfolio optimisation and ad‑hoc reports as required.

Prepare the Portfolio Update and other agreed performance reports.

Change Management and Communication

Support internal communications and events: scheduling, presentation development, workshop facilitation, and logistics.

Create and implement surveys and support other change management activities as required.

Specific Transformation Initiatives

Contribute to specific finance transformation projects (e.g., data initiatives, PowerBI dashboards, process reviews).

Assist in project management activities: planning, steering, risk monitoring, budgeting, resource allocation, reporting, and portfolio optimisation.

Your profile

Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or university with a focus on finance, organisation, or management.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a structured and methodical approach.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; able to synthesize complex information clearly.

Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive data and communications.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; familiarity with SAP or HFM is a plus.

Comfortable working in a cross‑functional, international environment.

Curious, autonomous, adaptable, and proactive.

Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
