About the Role:
Weβre looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to be a part of
our social media & content team to build our brandβs presence across social platforms. Youβll be
responsible for planning and executing engaging content, collaborating with influencers, and
analyzing performance to drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
β Work with the team to develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with
brand and business goals.
β Build and maintain a monthly social media calendar covering campaigns, daily posts,
stories, reels, and key moments.
β Identify and leverage social trends, cultural moments, and emerging content formats to
keep the brand relevant and engaging.
2. Content & Creative Ideation
β Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ideate and execute high-impact
social media content static, video, and interactive.
β Conceptualize and plan shoots (photo/video) from brief creation to execution and final
delivery.
β Ensure consistent brand voice, aesthetics, and tone across all digital platforms.
3. Influencer Collaborations
β Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand advocates.
β Manage influencer outreach, negotiation, and campaign coordination.
4. Community Management
β Oversee day-to-day management of all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,
LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
β Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage brand conversations in a timely
and authentic manner.
β Monitor sentiment, competitor activity, and audience insights.
5. Performance & Reporting
β Track, analyze, and report monthly social media performance using analytics tools (Meta
Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.).
β Generate actionable insights to improve content effectiveness and audience
engagement.
Mandatory Requirements:
β 2β3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
β Strong understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms, and audience
behavior.
β Proven experience in social media ideation, campaign execution, and trend
spotting.
β Prior experience working with influencers and managing collaborations.
β Understanding and experience of shoot production , from planning to execution.
β Proficiency in using social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business
Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
β Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
β Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
Good to Have:
β Experience in lifestyle, interior design, or creative industry verticals.
β Basic understanding of paid social campaigns and ad performance metrics.
β Familiarity with design or video tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut,VN, Inshot)
