Required Skills · 4–8 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Commerce / CRM / CE/ Supply Chain) · Strong understanding of OOTB features and track record in build/configure using feature set, configurations, flow & functionality. · Experience in working on CRM, Case management and Workflow automation. · Experience in Schema definition and integrating Dynamics with backend/3rd party services via REST / GraphQL · Knowledge of Azure AD B2C / identity & access management · Hands-on with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) · Exposure to Azure cloud architecture, Dev ops , pipelines · Past experience on using tools like Jira or similar

Nice to Have · Experience in fintech / SME lending / payments / digital banking / embedded finance · Functional knowledge of B2B marketplace or similar platforms · Exposure to Wave 2 update, Copilot Studio , Agent build & deploy ,

Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical expertise
