What You’ll Do

Be the first line of support for our clients to Log and triage service requests via tickets, chat, or email.

Guide customers through platform workflows and dashboards Escalate technical issues to L2 when needed Maintain accurate case documentation and follow up until closure Ensure process compliance and deliver high customer satisfaction

You Bring

BCA/MCA/Engineering Graduate with 0–2 years experience Strong communication skills, customer empathy & responsiveness to ensure they are successful with QuickMetrix. Readiness to work in shifts Nice to have: Exposure to SaaS tools or CRM/ticketing systems; Prior BPO / chat / tech support experience
