Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a fast-paced HR Specialist located in Indore. The person will be responsible for hirings across platforms, and engaging with institutes to help with the growth of the startup.

Ability to find the right candidate for the right job-match skillset with the requirements of the job. Previous experience in such roles preferred. Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Strong negotiation and follow-up skills Bachelor's degree in related or training field preferred. Previous experience in using technology to manage hr processes Tremendous sense of ownership and responsibility that could mean finishing tasks outside work hours if needed Ability to write crisp professional emails, and multi-tasking Generate leads and convert on your own
