Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of

3+ years

of dedicated experience in a Sourcing Specialist or similar role within a fast-paced environment. (Tech & Non Tec - domestic) Mandatory proficiency in advanced

Boolean search , LinkedIn Recruiter, and various talent search platforms. Proven ability to research, analyze, and present

talent intelligence

and market data. Demonstrated experience in

pipelining candidates

for technical or hard-to-fill roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on candidate engagement and professional negotiation. A data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of core recruiting metrics (e.g., conversion rates, time-to-fill). A strong understanding and demonstrated practical experience

utilizing AI tools

like Gemini and ChatGPT to enhance the sourcing process. This includes: Drafting highly effective talent marketing messages and outreach content. Generating structured screening questions

based on job requirements. Conducting rapid research

for market insights and preparing candidate pitch decks.
