Job Description

The Role Adbri Masonry is seeking an experienced leader for a key role shaping both the day-to-day performance and long-term direction of the Stapylton site. As Site Manager, you will oversee three operational plants as well as site logistics and maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable and cost-effective operations that consistently deliver high-quality products.

You will lead a dedicated team, drive production outcomes, and support continuous improvement while optimising assets, managing costs and upholding high standards in safety, quality and environmental compliance. Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate and support staff to meet operational priorities and compliance requirements.

Oversee equipment operation, asset performance and maintenance to ensure safe, efficient and reliable production.

Deliver production targets through effective planning, forecasting and quality management.

Manage site costs and monitor performance against budgets and production outputs.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies that enhance site operations.

What you will need to succeed:

Background in heavy industry or manufacturing, with strong operational management capability.

Proven experience leading multiple teams, including team and change management.

Skilled in 5S principles and developing or following SWMS, SOPs and JHAs.

Proficient with MS Office; SAP experience desirable.

Strong managerial aptitude with the ability to support and improve operational performance.
