Executive – Operations Location:

Coimbatore, India Experience:

2–4 years Role Overview: Support the operational and communication backbone of K-GEO — managing travel, visa processes, logistics, documentation, and digital presence to ensure smooth execution of all global programs.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate travel, visa, and logistics for delegations and students. Manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and reporting. Liaise with Finance for payments and budget tracking. Maintain K-GEO’s website, newsletters, and digital communication. Support international events and follow-ups.

Ideal Profile: Operational coordination, travel and visa logistics, financial documentation, digital communication and reporting, organizational efficiency, clarity in communication, proficiency in digital tools, multitasking, and a service-oriented, globally responsive approach. Candidates with overseas education exposure or prior experience in international office operations will be preferred.
