Training & Development

Deliver training programs to franchisees to enhance knowledge and operational capabilities. Provide ongoing coaching to support franchisee development and alignment with best practices. Franchisee Expansion & Onboarding

Assist in onboarding new franchisees, ensuring a smooth transition and successful launch of new locations. Support franchise recruitment by identifying and qualifying candidates. Guide new franchisees through set-up, training, and launch phases. Operations & Compliance

Conduct site visits and audits to assess franchise operations and ensure adherence to company standards. Ensure franchisees maintain current and valid insurance coverage as required. Conflict Management & Problem Resolution

Act as a key point of contact for franchisees facing operational or financial challenges. Sales & Business Development

Manage the sale of tax depreciation and valuation reports. Contact referrers to secure new business opportunities and convert quotes into sales. Conduct both in‑person and online meetings to drive report sales and build relationships. Reporting & Strategic Insights

Prepare regular reports for TDA Directors detailing franchisee performance, challenges, and areas for improvement. Provide strategic recommendations based on franchise performance and operational trends.
