Sales Engineer

Job Description:

Manage and develop relationships with distributors/agents and end customers (F&B, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, animal feed, consumer goods).

Understand customer needs and propose the right technical solutions (robot palletizers, conveyor systems, automation).

Prepare quotations, technical presentations, and lead negotiations through to project closure.

Coordinate with the technical and management teams to ensure project success.

Conduct regular customer and site visits to identify new business opportunities.

Requirement:

Strong engineering background

(mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related)

Experience in

automation, robotics, conveyor systems, or industrial equipment

preferred.

Existing network in

F&B, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, and animal feed industries

is highly valued.

Having network or experience working with

EPC contractors or other machine makers

related to these industries is a strong plus.

Programming skills

(PLC, C programming, or automation software) are a plus.

Excellent communication and technical presentation skills, with strong negotiation ability.

Willing to travel domestically as required.

Good command of English (spoken & written)
