Our MVP is live and already getting strong interest from banking and private equity teams. As we push toward scale, we’re expanding our founding team to accelerate product development and advance our AI engine.

We’re building next-generation dealtech: fast, intuitive, secure software that slashes analyst workload and elevates the speed and quality of deal execution.

Role Overview We’re looking for a CTO & Co-Founder to lead the next phase of Quralyst’s technical development, taking a validated MVP and evolving it into a scalable, AI-driven platform used by deal teams globally.

This role is ideal for a mid to senior-level engineer who wants full ownership of the technology roadmap, enjoys building systems end-to-end, and is motivated to help shape a category-defining AI product in M&A and financial research, spanning data ingestion, API integration, AI workflow orchestration, and a scalable application layer.

What You’ll Do Lead engineering for the Quralyst platform, scaling the MVP into a robust, production-ready system Build and refine data ingestion, enrichment, orchestration, and intelligence pipelines Architect secure, high-performance systems that unify firmographics, financials, ownership, and relationship intelligence Develop AI-driven workflows that automate target generation, buyer mapping, comps, and strategic insights Establish engineering standards, tooling, and long-term technical direction Hire, mentor, and grow the engineering team over time Oversee cloud infrastructure, DevOps, data governance, and security practices Work closely with the founder on product roadmap, UX, and feature prioritization Represent Quralyst’s technical vision in fundraising and strategic partner conversations

What We’re Looking For Mid to senior-level experience in software engineering or technical leadership Proven experience building and shipping SaaS or data-heavy products Background in fintech, analytics, or financial data (nice to have, not mandatory) Strong full-stack skills across modern front-end frameworks and backend languages Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and scalable architectures Experience or strong interest in AI/LLM workflows, vector search, or data orchestration Comfort working in an early-stage environment with autonomy, speed, and ownership Strong product thinking and the ability to turn business needs into technical solutions
