to work on

next-generation SDR systems

, to be part of the

PEM (Programa Especial de Modernización)

launched by the Spanish Government. These are

strategic national projects

that will define the future of Tactical Communications.

Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring the excellence, consistency, and performance of all Air Defence programs — driving planning, control, and governance across projects and teams. Your leadership will help ensure the successful delivery of complex, high-impact systems to our clients in Spain and worldwide.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities Lead the

project

team

involved in tactical communication program. Define and oversee

project management methodologies, standards, and KPIs

to ensure alignment with corporate strategy. Monitor

program performance

(schedule, cost, risks, quality) and support decision-making at executive level. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Business Units to optimize resource allocation and efficiency. Prepare

executive dashboards

and status reports for senior management and institutional clients. Ensure the robustness and integrity of project financial data on the systems, supporting accurate reporting Drive a culture of

continuous improvement, discipline, and innovation

in project governance.

Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 7+ years

of experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably in

Defence, Aerospace, or complex systems

industries. Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of

project management standards

(PMI, PMBOK, PRINCE2, or equivalent). Proficiency in

MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools

. Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills. Fluency in

English

; Spanish is highly valued. Eligible for working with classified or restricted defence information (as per national regulations).
