Financial Due Diligence Analyst/ Senior Analyst

We're hiring and have multiple opening for motivated

FDD/QoE Analysts/ Senior Analysts

to support our rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services practice, with a focus on US-based deals. The ideal candidate has

2–3 years of experience

in transaction advisory or due diligence, strong

financial analysis skills , and

excellent English communication .

Key Responsibilities:

Support buy-side/sell-side FDD and QoE projects for our clients. Build and manage detailed FDD/ QoE Excel models. Prepare high-quality FDD reports for our clients. Collaborate with internal and global teams on tight timelines

Requirements:

Proven FDD/QoE experience (preferably for US clients) - minimum 2.5+ years

relevant

experience Strong grasp of financial/accounting concepts Excellent written and spoken English Advanced Excel skills Willingness to push during high-demand periods
