Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Activities:
Create commercial agendas for sales meetings.
Prepare Pre-Sales Reports to provide sales representatives with insights into potential clients.
Conducting market research and gathering information on relevant industries
Sales automation and Mailing List Management:
Research and identify potential prospects for sales campaigns.
Prepare and distribute email marketing campaigns.
Follow up the responses and communicate with stakeholders
Track and analyze the results of marketing campaigns to optimize strategies
Sales Administration:
Schedule meetings and appointments for partners
Prepare and distribute sales collateral, including presentations and proposals.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Provide insights to improve the sales process.
Marketing Support
Support the marketing team in different ongoing initiatives as required.
Requirements:
Internship in collaboration with the University for at least 6 months.
Ability to work full-time, from 9:00 to 18:00.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Proactive and resourceful.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
MS Office Suite
Familiarity with sales automation tools is a plus. (Zoominfo, reply)
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Spanish as native language and fluent English
