Job Description
Reporting to the Precinct General Manager and leading a skilled Finance team, you’ll drive the financial strategy for Pullman, Novotel & ibis Sydney Olympic Park. This remit includes overseeing general finance, payroll, purchasing, and IT, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with Accor’s global standards—while being at the heart of one of Sydney’s most dynamic hospitality precincts.
Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business performance and growth.
Oversee operational finance functions, including payroll, cost control, inventory management, and procurement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage purchasing and IT functions, driving process improvements and system enhancements to support hotel operations.
Partner with senior leaders to optimize efficiencies and ensure compliance across all finance and purchasing functions.
Support major projects and capital planning, aligning financial strategies with business objectives.
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a
fast-paced, high-volume, multi-branded hub hotel environment , with strong financial leadership capabilities.
Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and controls, with a track record of delivering operational efficiencies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance, ideally CPA or equivalent.
