Senior Analyst- Infra & Private Equity

POSITION:

We are seeking to add a Senior Analyst/Associate to the Private Equity Growth & Value-add Infrastructure investment team. MISSION:

Support the team across all stages of the investment process (screening, preliminary analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, closing, portfolio management, etc.) for investments carried out by both the Growth PE vehicle and the Value-add Infrastructure fund.

RESPONSIBILITIES Market screening and analysis: identifying trends, emerging sectors, and new investment opportunities. Company valuation using recognized methodologies (DCF, DCFE, multiples, SOTP, etc.). Development of detailed financial models across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, digitalization, and industrial services. Support in Due Diligence processes (commercial, technical, financial, and legal). Preparation of materials for Investment Committees. Monitoring performance and KPIs of portfolio companies, supporting financial and strategic oversight of active investments.

REQUIREMENTS 1–3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or Big4 transaction services. High level of English (C1). Experience in financial analysis and modelling, corporate finance, M&A, etc. Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
