Tupl is a tech company that develops market leading solutions that bring innovation to the backend system of cellular networks and many other verticals. We have a strong knowledge on Wireless communications and IT technologies, especially AI and Machine Learning.

As part of our team, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key technical roles at Tupl both for US and Spain, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and strategic alignment with the company’s growth objectives

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute recruitment strategies for

IT profiles

(e.g., Data Engineers, AI Engineer, Backend/Frontend Developers, Project Managers, etc). Manage the

full recruitment cycle:

job posting, sourcing, interviewing, coordination with hiring managers, and offer management. Collaborate with technical teams to understand role-specific

requirements. Design and maintain proactive talent

pipelines for strategic tech roles,

anticipating future hiring needs. Optimize the use of

ATS tools

and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Personio, etc) Represent Tupl at tech

job fairs, networking events,

and employer branding initiatives. Track and analyze

recruitment metrics

to improve processes. Ensure

compliance

with labor regulations and collective agreement standards. Conduct

benchmarking

of roles, compensation, and recruitment practices to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
