Backend Engineer (Java/Spring Boot)

to join an exciting project at our company. As a Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying robust backend solutions in a DevOps-centric environment.

You will be the ideal candidate if you have… ✅ Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot ✅ Focus on delivering high-quality, test-driven code using TDD and BDD methodologies ✅ Knowledge in the following tools/technologies: • Java, Spring Boot • Kubernetes, Docker, Helm • CI/CD pipelines and automated testing • Cloud-native environments (e.g., Azure) ✅ Fluent in English to work in an international environment

How will your daily life at work look like? Work in a cross-functional team using agile methodologies and DevOps practices Design, implement, deploy, release, and monitor backend applications Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and refine features Participate in planning, code reviews, and architectural discussions Contribute to internal Software Engineering communities and knowledge sharing Ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices

Nice-to-Have Skills ✔ Experience in international or multinational companies ✔ Proactive, solution-oriented, with strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills ✔ Fluent in Spanish is an advantage ✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
