Responsibilities / What you’ll do
Build and execute a structured sales plan to protect existing revenue and identify priority growth markets.
Develop and maintain customer and distributor relationships across Australia and New Zealand, giving you the platform to influence key decision makers.
Manage key accounts while identifying opportunities for expanded product application.
Drive new business through market research and targeted prospecting, enabling you to broaden the company’s presence.
Deliver product and sales training to international distributors, positioning you as a technical partner and trusted advisor.
Provide technical support on product use and applications, helping customers achieve optimal results.
Forecast sales activity and maintain accurate reporting to support business planning.
Stay ahead of industry trends by tracking competitor activity.
Travel regularly across ANZ to stay connected to customers and market shifts.
What you’ll need / Who you are
Proven experience selling chemicals or raw materials into industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Qualifications in chemistry or materials science are required.
Demonstrated success in both defending existing business and generating new revenue streams.
Clear, confident communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Commercially organised, with the ability to manage planning, budgeting, reporting and opportunity analysis.
Comfortable discussing technical solutions and delivering presentations or training.
