Its Private Credit team is one of the most established and active investors in Europe, deploying significant capital across direct lending, structured credit, and special situations. The team partners with blue-chip sponsors and leading corporates on bespoke financing solutions, often at the forefront of complex and high-profile transactions.

The Investment Executive will join a high-calibre group of investors and play a hands-on role across the full investment lifecycle — from sourcing and underwriting through to execution, portfolio management, and value creation. The position offers unparalleled exposure to sophisticated credit strategies within a collaborative, intellectually rigorous, and high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior investment professionals in evaluating and executing new investment opportunities across the private credit spectrum
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, perform in-depth credit analysis, and structure bespoke financing solutions
• Participate in due diligence across business, legal, and financial workstreams
• Prepare investment committee materials and participate in internal discussions on deal merits, risk factors, and capital allocation
• Monitor portfolio companies, track performance against covenants, and identify opportunities for value creation or de-risking
• Contribute to origination efforts through market research, relationship-building, and proactive idea generation

Candidate Profile:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, leveraged finance, private credit, or restructuring at a leading institution
• Strong technical foundation in financial modelling, valuation, and credit underwriting
• Deep commercial acumen with the ability to think creatively about capital structure solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting complex ideas clearly and concisely
• A self-starter with a team-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership
• Fluency in English required; additional European languages advantageous
