Senior Associate – Commercial Litigation PQE Partners are exclusively representing a growing boutique law firm who are building strong momentum in the market and seeking to add a high-calibre litigator to their team. Key Responsibilities

Complex commercial litigation matters, including debt recovery disputes

Insolvency and restructuring litigation, acting for a range of stakeholders

High-stakes disputes for corporate clients, SMEs, and individuals

Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, helping to shape the next generation of the firm’s talent

Developing client relationships and originating new matters, with support from the partners

About You

5+ years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation, debt recovery, and/or insolvency

A commercial mindset with the confidence to manage matters independently

An entrepreneurial outlook and interest in contributing to the growth of a boutique practice

Strong written and verbal advocacy skills, with the ability to run matters from start to finish

A collaborative approach, with the ability to mentor juniors and work directly with partners
