We are looking for a person with experience in technical user support and manual testing in software development projects. Good German, Spanish and english skills (B2) are essential for this position. The candidate should have good communcation skills to treat with customers but also technical talent when it comes to analysis of bugs. Part of this position is the coordination of the support team.
