Southern Gold Coast Lawyers' are seeking an experienced Solicitor with 2 years' post‑admission experience to join our growing team in Palm Beach, Queensland. This is a full‑time role offering the opportunity to work alongside our dynamic and collaborative legal professionals in a supportive and intellectually stimulating environment.

What you'll be doing

Provide high‑quality legal advice and services to a diverse range of private and business clients

Manage your own caseload across various practice areas such as conveyancing, wills and estates, and commercial law

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional client service

Contribute to the growth and development of the firm through business development activities

Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and support staff to deliver the best outcomes for clients

Stay up‑to‑date with changes in legislation and legal precedents relevant to your practice areas

What we're looking for

2+ years' post‑admission experience as a Solicitor, ideally in a private practice or boutique law firm environment

Strong technical legal skills and knowledge, particularly in plaintiff personal injuries litigation

Excellent client service orientation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner

Demonstrated experience in managing your own caseload and competing priorities effectively

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work constructively as part of a team

Passion for continuous learning and professional development
