Rust Software Development Engineer

Software Engineer - Fixed Term Contract / Quantum and AI We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join a team building next generation AI and quantum inspired technologies. Their work enables extreme model compression that reduces the size of large language models by up to 95 percent while keeping accuracy intact, cutting deployment costs by as much as 80 percent.

This is a fixed term contract on a hybrid model. Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience Strong Python skills, plus experience with Rust or C or C++ Junior: 1 to 2 years experience in software engineering focused on ML or data workflows Experience building and deploying systems in cloud environments Strong version control and CI or CD practices Ability to write clean, well tested, well documented code Familiarity with LLM tooling, vector databases, or model serving In accordance with local employment laws, applicants must have current, valid authorisation to work in Spain at the time of application.
