Proven Sales Experience:
At least 2 years in real estate on the Costa del Sol with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a minimum of 30 closed transactions.
A strong understanding of the property transaction process on the Costa del Sol, backed by a history of successful deals.
Multilingual Abilities:
Fluency in English is essential. 2nd languages such as Dutch, Polish, German, French, Swedish, or Danish are highly desirable. Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus.
A motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
A dedication to providing personalized service, ensuring clients feel valued and supported throughout their property journey.
Reliable Transportation:
A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required.
Self-Employment Status:
Candidates must be registered as an autĂłnomo (self-employed) in Spain, in compliance with local regulations.
