HR Business Partner – Learning & Development and DEI
About the Opportunity
We’re seeking a passionate
HR Business Partner - L&D and DEI
to join our growing team. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll lead initiatives that shape capability, culture, and inclusion across Adica Insurance, while providing expert HR support to a dedicated client group.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
Design and deliver impactful Learning & Development programs.
Drive our DEI strategy and partner with external stakeholders on meaningful initiatives.
Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Influence policy development, talent management, and contribute to exciting project work that supports our business transformation.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Learning & Development:
Build and implement structured programs using platforms like Go1, manage leadership development initiatives, and ensure our people have the skills to thrive.
DEI Strategy:
Own and evolve our DEI roadmap, monitor progress against gender pay gap targets, and collaborate with external partners on impactful initiatives.
Generalist HR:
Partner with leaders to provide advice, coaching, and support on employee relations, engagement, and organisational improvement.
Policy & Compliance:
Keep HR policies current and aligned with legislation, and assist in developing workplace strategies.
Talent Management:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for your client group, support succession planning, and contribute to workforce design.
Project Work:
Participate in strategic HR projects that drive change and enhance employee experience.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, with exposure to generalist HR and a passion for DEI.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically while delivering practical solutions.
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields (preferred).
Insurance or financial services experience (desirable).
