As the Store Manager, you will directly report to the Retail Director. You will lead and develop the store's business strategically, fostering a culture of excellence in sales, client experience, and loyalty.

You will effectively communicate the Maison's goals, vision, and strategies, inspiring and motivating your team through strong leadership. In collaboration with the Retail Director and other departments, you will proactively identify areas for improvement and implement measures to maximize sales and elevate the overall performance of the store.

You will also embody the Maison's culture and values, playing an active role in talent recruitment, management, and development.

Business Development

Define and implement the store's commercial strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets while maximizing profitability (P&L).

Manage and analyze KPIs to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective action plans.

Possess deep understanding of CELINE products to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Leverage Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Training, Client Management, Events to maximize product categories and foster synergy.

Foster a results‑oriented culture, promoting operational excellence and achievement of goals.

Negotiate with department stores and external partners for event planning.

Leadership and Team Development

Lead by example and strong presence on the shop floor.

Identify and attract top talent, partner with HR for team matters and coaching.

Nurture a pipeline of future leaders with development plans.

Create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Provide guidance to Team Manager and support career development.

Ensure 100% of team completes required training modules.

Client Development

Implement strategies to attract new customers and increase client acquisition.

Deliver personalized client experiences and build emotional connections.

Maintain strong relationships using clienteling tools.

Refine journeys based on performance feedback.

Handle complaints in cooperation with Retail Director.

Operations Excellence

Ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements.

Resolve operational issues efficiently.

Manage staffing based on traffic.

Ensure safety of store and employees.

Supervise operations manager, inventory accuracy, and stock management.

Streamline processes to reduce costs and enhance productivity.

Participate in office projects relevant to stores.

Image & Brand

Act as CELINE ambassador and engage in community activities.

Maintain consistent brand presentation across visual merchandising and staff appearance.

Participate in local events to enhance visibility.

Share brand heritage and craftsmanship with team and clients.

Collaborate on business strategy and propose innovative actions.

Qualifications Education: Business School, University or equivalent experience.

Experience: Retail experience required +5 years in luxury/fashion management.

Competencies: Proven leadership, business expertise, KPI analysis, communication, team building, client‑centric mindset, organizational skills, adaptability.
