Enterprise Architect

📍 Sydney, Australia

Altro Orro Group

Job Description

Location: Sydney | Melbourne

Hybrid Work Model

This is not a typical architecture role and we are not just another technology team. We are strategic, people centred and focused on enabling genuine business value. As an Enterprise Architect, you will define and lead the technology strategy for key Orro accounts, shaping a clear vision, roadmap and set of guardrails that align technology adoption with real business outcomes. You will work across pre-sales, advisory and architecture to influence decisions, guide delivery and elevate how organisations plan, integrate and operate enterprise technology. If you’re passionate about blending strategic thinking with hands on impact, this is your next move.

About Orro We’re an Australian success story, now close to 500 people strong, delivering secure, end-to-end digital solutions across cloud, collaboration, cyber security, data services and network infrastructure, all backed by over 20 years of experience. Trusted by some of Australia’s biggest brands, Orro leads the way in designing, building and operating digital infrastructure that delivers greater efficiency, agility, performance and resilience. Our solutions take the stress out of tech for more than 400 businesses and over 20 million Australians every single day.

Our mission? To create “future now” solutions making it faster, simpler and safer for people to access, store and share information, wherever they are and whoever they’re with. But more than that, we know that real impact comes from connecting people, not just machines. That’s why we take the time to understand our clients; how they work, what matters to them, and where they’re headed so we can deliver not just what they need today, but what they’ll need next.

With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth, and teams across New Zealand, the Philippines and the UK, Orro is known for delivering future-ready solutions, backed by deep expertise, genuine human insight and lasting partnerships.

About the Team You will join a national Architecture team reporting to our CTO, collaborating with peers across Australia and New Zealand. Together, you will contribute to architecture review, solution design and the creation of technology strategies that transition smoothly through delivery into operations.

The Architecture team works closely with Sales, Service Delivery and our technology partners to shape the technology journeys of Orro’s largest customers. You will collaborate across domains, business units and vendors, ensuring each solution is aligned, secure and built for long term value. The environment is collaborative, supportive and united by a focus on high quality design and genuine customer partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing As an Enterprise Architect, you will be at the centre of shaping technology direction for Orro’s most strategic accounts. You will define, design and steer enterprise level solutions that elevate how our customers operate, ensuring their environments are efficient, secure and built to scale.
