Why This Role Matters As a

Sales Representative – Sicily

, you will play a key role in driving sales growth in the region. Through strong customer relationships, strategic account management, and effective application of sales methodologies, you will help expand Goodyear’s market presence and contribute to the company’s brand development. Your work directly supports business decisions by analyzing commercial and financial data and ensuring accurate reporting. This role requires frequent travel within Sicily to support customers, identify new opportunities, and implement Goodyear’s sales strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and the broader sales team to propose initiatives that promote business growth.

What You’ll Do Define the annual sales plan in alignment with the Sales Manager, based on commercial strategy, market potential, and business objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers. Conduct regular analysis of commercial and financial results for the assigned client portfolio. Apply sales methodologies and tools according to agreed timelines and processes, including visit planning, customer reporting, account management activities, and area meetings. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of sales reports and forecasts, including performance metrics, customer activities, and sales projections. Actively contribute to team collaboration by sharing objectives, best practices, and information to support overall team success.

What You’ll Bring Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree. Minimum of

4 years of experience

in a sales role, ideally in automotive or related sectors. Proficiency in

English

(written and spoken). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with a strong results orientation. Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Good knowledge of the local market and customer base. Residence in

Eastern Sicily
