About the Role: We're seeking an experienced

Performance Tester

to join one of our large-scale enterprise programs, working across complex

SAP S/4HANA, API, and integration environments . You'll play a key role in ensuring systems perform at scale by designing and executing performance test strategies that push real-world conditions and deliver actionable insights.

In this role, you'll plan, run, and analyse

load, stress, and volume tests , identify performance bottlenecks, and provide clear recommendations to improve stability and scalability. You'll define and validate

Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)

around response times and throughput, and embed your testing into

DevOps pipelines

for continuous performance feedback.

This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone proficient in

NeoLoad

and

SAP performance testing , who enjoys diagnosing issues across high-volume S/4HANA transactions, APIs, and Fiori apps - helping enterprise clients deliver fast, reliable, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor performance tests (load, stress, volume) across the SAP environment, APIs, and integrations.

Analyse performance bottlenecks and provide concrete, actionable recommendations for system improvements.

Define and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for response time, throughput, and scalability.

Integrate performance test execution and results into the DevOps pipeline for continuous feedback.

Key Requirements:

Strong SAP performance testing background, understanding high-volume S/4HANA transactions and architecture.

Proficiency with SAP-specific monitoring tools (e.g., SAP CALM, ST03N) for in-depth analysis.

Strong ability to test APIs, integrations, and Fiori application performance.
