Utilities Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and organize a high-performing operational team, focusing on efficiency and issue resolution.

Oversee asset management, ensuring adherence to quality standards and industry best practices.

Implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost optimization of plant processes and equipment.

Provide technical leadership, ensuring power plant, WTP, WWTP performance aligns with operational goals, regulations, and contracts.

Work with Senior Management on business objectives, drive continuous improvement, and mentor staff through knowledge transfer initiatives.

Mandatory Requirement

15 years of experience in a power plant.

10 years managing High Pressure Circulated Fluidised Bed Boiler(s), combined with steam turbine(s) for power generation.

5 years managing WTP, WWTP.

Willing to work in remote areas in Indonesia.
