What You’ll Do ✅ Lead

analysis & design workshops

with business stakeholders ✅ Drive

large-scale rollout projects

across all phases: Requirement Gathering, CRP, Training, UAT, Go-Live & Support ✅ Prepare

FDDs, Fit-Gap Analysis, Training Guides

& other key documentation ✅ Collaborate with business & technical teams to deliver impactful solutions ✅ Mentor and manage

offshore Finance Functional Consultants ✅ Evaluate production processes & recommend

efficiency improvements

What We’re Looking For ✔

8+ years

in D365 (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations) or AX (AX2009/AX2012) with strong

Manufacturing (Production)

expertise ✔ Solid knowledge of

Core Finance Modules ,

Planning ,

Inventory , and

Costing ✔ Proven ability to lead

requirement gathering & discovery workshops ✔ Excellent

customer-facing skills

and ability to communicate at all levels ✔ Strong documentation & communication skills ✔ Willingness to

work from customer location

Nice to Have ✨ Experience in

process improvement initiatives ✨ Exposure to

multi-country rollouts

and complex business scenarios
