Overview Our client, a fast-growing boutique business law firm in Toronto, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of high-level experience to join its Litigation Group. The firm combines Bay Street-level sophistication with an entrepreneurial approach, offering exposure to complex commercial and civil disputes in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities

Work directly with partners on sophisticated litigation files for entrepreneurs, high-growth companies, and professional corporations.

Manage files from start to finish with the autonomy to take ownership of strategy, drafting, and client communications in a supportive, remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

3–5 years of high-level litigation experience.

Strong client service orientation, tech-savvy, self-starter who will thrive in a remote environment.

Experience handling sophisticated client matters and working with entrepreneurs, high-growth companies, and professional corporations.
