Business Development Manager – Landscape Management Solutions | GTA Join an

industry leader

in full-service grounds management! Our client has built their reputation on

innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service , delivering landscape maintenance, construction, municipal tree planting, interior plant care, and snow removal services across the

Greater Toronto Area .

Our client is looking for a

relationship-driven Business Development Manager

to grow their client base and expand multi-service partnerships. You’ll take a

consultative, solution-focused approach —helping commercial, municipal, and residential clients access our full portfolio of Landscape Management Solutions.

What you’ll do:

Build and expand client relationships across multiple service lines

Identify new business opportunities and launch profitable services

Collaborate with operations and leadership to deliver top-tier results

Develop clear, actionable annual growth plans

What you bring:

✅ 5+ years of B2B sales or business development with property/facility managers

✅ Experience in landscaping or related field (asset)

✅ Strong communicator and proactive self-starter

✅ Strategic, organized, and driven to succeed

Compensation & Benefits:

$120K–$130K total target (base + commission + bonus)
