As we expand, we're looking for a Site Manager for our Melbourne branch with an exceptional skill set to take the reins of our Keilor East location.

About the Role As the SiteManager, you won't just oversee daily operations, you'll be the engine of your branch's success. This is a

hands-on role

where you'll be actively involved in all aspects of the business.

Reporting directly to company executives, you'll have the autonomy to make key decisions that drive sales and profitability. Your core mission will be to exceed targets by:

Driving Business Growth Actively seeking out new customers, building strong relationships, and implementing sales strategies to grow both new and existing accounts. You'll be the face of our brand, demonstrating the value and benefits of partnering with All Purpose Coatings.

Leading a High Performing Team Hiring, training, and mentoring your team to ensure they are motivated, productive, and focused on achieving and exceeding company goals. You'll foster a positive and collaborative environment where every team member is empowered to succeed.

Mastering Operational Excellence Utilising your exceptional organisational skills to manage all aspects of the store, including inventory, staff scheduling, customer inquiries, and safety compliance. Your ability to streamline processes and maintain a highly organised operation will be crucial to our success. You must be comfortable with the

physical aspects of the role , including tasks like handling and moving products.

Embracing Technology We are at the forefront of our industry, and we adapt new technologies quickly. You will be comfortable with and a fast learner of computer-based systems, using them to manage sales, track performance, and optimize operations.
