Job Description
We are seeking a
Reliability Engineer
to join our team in Melbourne on a casual basis. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives in industrial and manufacturing environments, with a focus on ensuring operational continuity and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct reliability analysis and implement improvement strategies across manufacturing operations
Monitor and optimize asset performance using CMSS and MEX systems
Support maintenance teams with predictive and preventive maintenance planning
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure operational efficiency and safety
Provide technical input into continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experiences
Certified Engineering qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reliability or maintenance engineering
Hands‑on experience with
CMMS
and
MEX
systems
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced industrial environments
