Spanish Language Associate – B1 and Above – Mumbai

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA

Experience: 0–4 years

Language Requirement: Spanish B1 or above

About the Role

We are hiring Spanish Language Associates for on-site roles in Mumbai. The position is ideal for candidates with B1+ Spanish proficiency who are looking to build or advance their career in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle emails, documentation, and back-office support in Spanish - Review, process, and update customer data and case files - Communicate with internal stakeholders for updates and clarifications - Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables - Adhere to process guidelines, compliance requirements, and SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Spanish language proficiency of B1 or above (DELE certification preferred but not mandatory) - Good written and verbal communication in Spanish and English - Strong analytical and comprehension skills - Ability to work on-site from the Mumbai office - Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required) - Prior experience in a Spanish language process is an advantage, but freshers with B2 are welcome
