ABOUT THE ROLE As Vice President, People Experience at Moose, you’ll lead the charge in creating a seamless and engaging employee journey across all regions. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll shape global people programs, policies, and practices that attract, support, and retain top talent—fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee remuneration frameworks, incentive programs, benefits, and global payroll operations to ensure equity, compliance, and accuracy

Drive performance and reward strategies that reinforce a high-performance culture

Lead HRIS system integration and optimization for scalability and data-driven decision-making

Establish and maintain consistent, compliant global people policies balancing organizational needs and employee well‑being

Manage and develop a high-performing team, setting KPIs, providing coaching, and driving professional growth

ABOUT YOU

Proven success in remuneration strategy, benefits design, incentivisation programs, and payroll oversight

Strong experience driving performance and reward programs to support a high-performance culture

Expertise in HRIS system integration, HR technology, automation, analytics, and compliance

15+ years in senior HR leadership roles with global operations experience

Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related field

Strong background in employee experience and change management

Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills

Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and deliver results in complex environments
