Role Overview We are looking for a skilled Web Specialist / CMS Content Author to author, edit, and organize content across modern CMS platforms. You will work closely with designers and other team members to assemble, test, and deliver high-quality web content while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continual process improvement. Key Responsibilities Author, edit, and organize a variety of content in CMS platforms like Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, and Nutanix Ensure content quality and compliance with brand standards and industry regulations Understand and manage approval workflows (e.g., FUSE, MLR review) and site provisioning tasks Collaborate with designers to plan and meet content assembly timelines and resolve technical or platform limitations Maintain up-to-date documentation, monitor project status, and communicate proactively with stakeholders Recommend and document improvements for design systems and content authoring workflows Share insights on industry trends and CMS innovations to enhance processes Support testing, feedback, and collaboration with frontend developers Provide solutions and consensus in stakeholder discussions about content or platform challenges Must-Have Skills Proficiency in Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Nutanix, and modern frontend authoring Strong workflow management experience and understanding of web standards Knowledge of Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) compliance for web content Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Attention to detail, process improvement mindset, and familiarity with digital content documentation Shift Options Standard Shift 2nd Shift (Flexible schedules available) How to Apply If you have the right experience and want to make a digital impact, send your updated resume and a brief cover note explaining your fit for this role to: vinay@autoedit.com
