As a Credit Services Consultant, you’ll be part of a close-knit team managing premium and credit control across CGU’s intermediated portfolio. You’ll handle high-value transactions, respond to broker queries, and work across multiple systems daily. This is a permanent full‑time role based in Naarm (Melbourne), Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Meanjin (Brisbane).
What You'll Do
Manage credit administration tasks including direct debit, creditor maintenance, and policy cancellations
Reconcile broker remittances and process payments via EFT and cheque
Respond to broker queries and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries
Navigate multiple systems to resolve complex account and commission issues
Apply credit risk strategies to reduce aged debt and unidentified policies
Prepare reports and support legal correspondence for doubtful debt cycle
Contribute to a collaborative team culture and support operational outcomes
What You'll Bring
Experience in credit, finance or insurance operations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confidence working across multiple systems and apps
Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with GIS, PMS or similar systems (a plus)
